Contributed to the operational efficiency of the FDLRS/UF Multidisciplinary Diagnostic & Training Program, a vital regional center serving children and youth with diverse learning and socio-emotional needs, by diligently managing patient documentation processes.

Demonstrated proficiency in document management by identifying, scanning, and organizing patient records, both in physical and electronic formats, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.

Streamlined administrative tasks by constructing new patient charts, generating documents, and preparing necessary forms and labels, facilitating seamless workflow within the program.

Community Service
Balance 180 – Adaptive Gymnastics

The purpose of the organization is to assist gymnasts ages 3-16 with physical or intellectual disabilities learn foundational motor skills on the vault, bars, beam and floor in a step-by-step individualized process. Each athlete receives personalized attention and works at his or her own pace in the class.

It's truly a gratifying experience to volunteer as an assistant coach, working closely with young athletes to enhance their muscle strength, coordination, and balance. Witnessing the sheer delight on their faces as they engage in activities makes every moment worthwhile. I find immense joy in crafting engaging and effective exercises tailored to their needs, ensuring not only progress but also a sense of enjoyment and fulfillment for the children.
Hearoes Amigos

The purpose of the program is to pair UF students with a student in Spain who has some degree of hearing loss and help that student practice their English conversational skills.

Being a part of this program is truly enriching. As a student teacher for a student in Spain, I get to engage with Spanish speakers and build connections that transcend borders. Hearing their stories of resilience in the face of their challenges is incredibly inspiring. Knowing that I contribute to their journey in improving their English skills brings me deep satisfaction and joy.
